Diary of a Wimpy Kid is a satirical realistic fiction comedy book for children and teenagers written and illustrated by Jeff Kinney. It tells the story a boy named Greg Heffley and his struggles to fit in as he begins middle school.

Before I Begin I would say that I have nothing against the way Kinney writes. It is an very enjoyable read with detailed descriptions of his characters
and backgrounds, some of the jokes are delivered in a smart way, has a decent presentation, with a proper pacing during the book. This doesn’t automatically make it good. It only makes it easy to read and understand.


Now moving on to one of the bigest problems that I Had with this book while I was reading it: His main  protagonist. Greg is a selfish jerk who spends most of his time boasting about himself and increasing his ego. Some could argue that his attitude goes with the type of character Lovable Jerk, and I would say that's incorrect. Do not misunderstand me, several stories that I like have characters "Lovables Jerk"as protagonists (examples Carnage, Good Will Hunting, Inside Llewin Davis, etc), BUT, the difference is that on those cases the characters have solid motives for being like that, they show to have a good heart inside, and they learn from they mistakes though the story. Something that Greg doesn't. He does not learn anything during the course of history, and has the exact same behaviour by the end of the book.As for the rest of the cast, there are one-dimensional archetypes, we have the parents that doesn't understand Greg, his annoying and spoil little brother, his annoying older brother, his dumb best friend Rowley (who latter greg betrayes and latter forgives him) and most of the teachers at the school are evil because "their are adults". Al this, with a jokes that there a pretty "Hit or Miss" in this case (most of the time a Miss).

As for the story itself...........It's aimless. There is no real objetive until half of the book, before that point, is just Greg trying to fit on middle school, while he gets on trouble because of the big Jerk that his (like pranks to his older brother, trying to date the girl that he loves, celebrating a special holiday, or passing an school exam), but mannages to get out of the problems, not because of his skills, normally is because of some obvious convinience that solves everything. This made most of the book feel boring, since they don't give me something to care about (like an Objetive,a pragmative message, Interesting characters or interactions). The last chapters where easily the best part of the whole book, although the Bullies where one-dimensional, the conflict wasn't solve in a cheap way and the lesson was delivered in a decent way. Does make the whole book any good? NOP, since we don't know if it had an impact in Greg or it remains the same person as before.


All in all, It find this book to be boring, it's not a the worst from the worst, but I do not reccomended to anyone and I do not have any interest on reading this sequels

Diary of a Wimpy Kid (en español, diario de Greg o Diario de un adolescente en apuros) es un libro de comedia satirica realista para niños y adolescentes escrito e ilustrado por Jeff Kinney. Cuenta la historia de un niño llamado Greg Heffley y sus luchas para encajar a medida que empieza la secundaria

Antes de empezar, dire que no tengo nada en contra de la manera en que Kinney escribe. Es una lectura muy agradable con descripciones detalladas de tanto sus personajes como de los escenarios, algunas de los chistes se entregan de una manera inteligente, tiene una presentación decente, con un ritmo apropiado durante el libro. Esto no lo hace automáticamente bueno. Sólo hace que sea fácil de leer y entender.

Ahora pasando a uno de los grandes problemas que tuve con este libro mientras lo estaba leyendo: Su protagonista. Greg es un idiota egoísta que pasa la mayor parte de su tiempo Gozando de sí mismo y aumentando su ego. Algunos podrían argumentar que su actitud va con el tipo de personaje "Lovable Jerk/Idiota con corazón de oro", y yo diría que eso es incorrecto. No me malinterpreten, varias historias que me gustan tienen personajes de ese tipo  de personaje como protagonistas (ejemplos ¿Sabes quién viene?, En busca del destino, Inside Llewin Davis: Balada de un hombre común, etc), PERO, la diferencia es que en esos casos los personajes tienen motivos justificados para ser así, que muestran tener un buen corazón en el interior, y aprenden de sus errores al pasar la historia. Algo que Greg no tiene. No aprende nada en el curso de la historia, y tiene el mismo comportamiento al final del libro. En cuanto al resto del elenco, son arquetipos unidimensionales, tenemos a los padres que no entienden a Greg, su hermano pequeño molesto y mimado, su molesto hermano mayor su mejor amigo tonto Rowley (quien greg traiciona al final y este último perdona) y la mayoría de los maestros de la escuela son malvados porque "son adultos". Sumado a que, la mayoría de los chistes son "Acierto o Fallo" (la mayoría del tiempo un fallo).


En cuanto a la historia en sí ... No tiene rumbo. No hay ningún objetivo real hasta que la mitad del libro, antes de ese punto, es sólo Greg tratando de encajar en la escuela media, mientras él se mete en problemas debido al idiota que es (como bromas a su hermano mayor, tratando de salir con la chica Que le le gusta, celebrar unas festividades, o pasar un examen de la escuela), pero manes a salir de los problemas, no debido a sus habilidades, normalmente es debido a alguna conveniencia obvia que lo resuelve todo. Esto hace que la mayoría del libro se sienta aburrido, ya que no me dan algo de qué preocuparse (como un objetivo, un mensaje pragmático, personajes interesantes o interacciones). Los últimos capítulos donde fácilmente la mejor parte de todo el libro, aunque los matones eran unidimensional, el conflicto no fue resuelto de una manera barata y la lección final se entregó de una manera decente. ¿Hace al libro en si bueno? NOP, ya que no sabemos si tuvo un impacto en Greg o sigue siendo la misma persona que antes.


En resumidas, encontré este libro aburrido, no es lo peor de lo peor, pero no lo recomiendo a nadie y no tengo ningún interés en leer las secuelas.

Notes: Before I begin, I will say that this review will be made from the point of view of someone who knows little/nothing about the power rangers franchise, since I have never seen any of the series (neither the Saban versions or the original Super Sentai). So, I would take this as a Stand alone movie instead of a adaptation.

Saban's Power Rangers (or simply Power Rangers) is a 2017 American superhero film based on the team of the same name, written by John Gatins and directed by Dean Israelite. It serves as a Reboot of the franchise, where (like most incarnations) Zordon recruits five high school students to form a team that must stop an alien threat led by the witch Rita Repulsa.

Few people had good expectations from this movie, and I understand it since the trailers where terrible (edgy atmosphere, mediocre special effects, using a Lesbian power ranger to call more the attention). I wasn't expecting much, at least "So Bad that it's good" type of film..........and It's FAR of even been that.

If there is a word to describe this movie, it would be: BORING. VERY FREAKIN' BORING.

The main cast of Power Rangers are poorly made, they are simply define by the powers/abilities or by other superficial features (like the Yellow one been lesbian or the Blue one been an autistic black dude), It's very hard to be immersed in the movie when your protagonists are this boring, and sadly the perfomances don't help them either. It doesn't help that most of the movie is focus more in a slow build-up and presentation of the conflict instead of making the characters more unique or more likeable to the audience. For the rest of the cast, there don't do very well either: Rita is a one dimensional bitch who wants to conquer the world because "movie said so", Alpha 5 is the typical comic relief that only helps the rangers, and Zordon is the typical wise and all-knowing mentor.

Also, the plot is straight-forward and predictable as hell: The protagonists are in school, their are giving superpowers in a secret mine, there powers are explain by Zordon, he tells them about Rita, their train, the defeat Rita and her army Twice (one on the ground and the other with the Megazord) and there are praise as local heroes. All that is presented in a edgy way: Taking a concept so simple and fantastic like Powers Rangers in a serious and realistic way and Failing to do that as well,  with most of the jokes been inmersion breaking.

If we talk about the visuals, there are pretty deplorable for a Blockbuster movie that costs 100 million dollars into making: The Special Effects are lame, the CGI looks false as hell, the soundtrack mostly doesn't match with the tone of the scenes, and most of the fights are bad directed. 

But there are SOME things that this movie did right: The cinemathography is decent, the acting is mostly good (except for the main cast of Rangers and rita), some of the jokes are good, some to the references old the previous TV Shows (until I Know) are OK (like the reference to the green ranger in the mid-credits scene), and some actions scenes are pretty well done.

Conclusion: If this movie was only simple dumb entertaiment with likeable caracthers, I would aprove it as a decent pass-timer, but instead we get a generic edgy and boring piece of crap that probably I would forget in a few weeks. It's no as BAD as many Would think I would be, but it doesn't save them from being a complete mess.

Notas: Antes de comenzar, diré que esta critica se hará desde el punto de vista de alguien que sabe poco/nada sobre la franquicia de Power Rangers, ya que nunca he visto ninguna de las series (ni las versiones de Saban ni las Super Sentai). Por lo tanto, tomare esto como una película independiente en lugar de una adaptación.

Power Rangers de Saban (o simplemente Power Rangers) es una película estadounidense de superhéroes de 2017 basada en el equipo del mismo nombre, escrito por John Gatins y dirigido por Dean Israelite. Sirve como un reinicio de la franquicia, donde (como en la mayoría de las encarnaciones) Zordon recluta a cinco estudiantes de secundaria para formar un equipo que debe detener una amenaza alienígena dirigida por la bruja Rita Repulsa.

Pocas personas tuvieron buenas expectativas de esta película, y lo entiendo ya que desde los trailers se ve terrible (atmósfera edgy, mediocres efectos especiales, usando a una Ranger lesbiana para llamar más la atención). Yo no esperaba mucho, al menos algo tipo"tan malo que es bueno" .......... y esto esta MUY lejos de haber sido eso.

Si hay una palabra para describir esta película, sería: ABURRIDA. MUY, PERO MUY ABURRIDA.

El reparto principal de Power Rangers están mal hecho, simplemente se definen por los poderes/habilidades o por otros rasgos superficiales (como la Ranger amarilla siendo lesbiana o el azul era un chico afroamericano autista), es muy difícil estar inmerso en la Película cuando tus protagonistas son tan aburridos, y tristemente las actuaciones no los ayudan tampoco. No ayuda que la mayor parte de la película se enfoque más en una acumulación lenta y la presentación del conflicto en vez de hacer los personajes más únicos o más agradables al público. Para el resto del elenco, tampoco lo hacen muy bien: Rita es una perra unidimensional que quiere conquistar el mundo porque "la película lo demanda", Alpha 5 es el típico relieve comico  que solo ayuda a los Rangers , y Zordon es el tipico mentor sabio y omnisciente.


Además, la trama es directa y previsible como el infierno: Los protagonistas están en la escuela, obteniendo superpoderes en una mina secreta, allí los poderes son explicados por Zordon, les habla sobre Rita, entrenan, la derrota de Rita y su ejército Dos veces (uno en el suelo y el otro con el Megazord) y los elogean como héroes locales. Todo eso se presenta de una manera edgy: Tomando un concepto tan simple y fantástico como Powers Rangers de una manera seria y realista y fallando en hacerlo también, con la mayoría de los chistes siendo anti-climaticos y rompiendo aun mas inmersión en la peli.


Si hablamos de lo visual, es bastante deplorable para una película Blockbuster que costo 100 millones de dólares en hacer: Los Efectos especiales son flojos en varias escenas, el CGI parece falso como la mierda, la banda sonora en su mayoría no coincide con el tono de las escenas sumado a que este de por si ya es muy olvidable, y la mayoría de las peleas están mal dirigidas.

Pero hay ALGUNAS cosas que esta película hizo bien: la cinematografía es decente, la actuación es en su mayoría buena (a excepción del reparto principal de Rangers y rita), algunas de los chistes son buenos, algunas de las referencias de los programas de televisión viejos(Hasta que sé) están bien puestas (como la escena en la mita de los créditos haciendo referencia al Ranger Verde), y algunas escenas de acción están bastante bien hecho.

Conclusión: Si esta película fuese una peli de acción honesta con personajes agradables, lo pasaría como algo decente, pero en cambio conseguimos un pedazo de mierda edgy genérico y aburrido que nisiquiera sirve para hacer un chiste, y que probablemente olvidare en unas pocas semanas. No es tan malo como muchos (incluyéndome) pensaría que sería, pero no lo excusa de ser un desastre completo.

Notes: Before I begin, I must clarify that this review would have some spoilers in order to make a point. So, if you haven't seen the anime yet and you are afraid of spoilers, please do not continue reading.

Death Parade is an 2015 anime series premiered in January 2015. It's about of where some humans go to a bar attended by the mysterious white-haired named Decim: The ultimate arbitrator of who lives and who dies. He challenges them to the Death Game (games ranging from Poker to billiard), wherein they wager their lives and reveal their true natures.

Although the premise of this show sounds good on paper, the way that plays out on screen it's in a very boring way.

Let's begin with the 2 main protagonists (Decim and the Black Haired Woman/Chiyuki): They are so bland as protagonists. The first one been an emotionless guy with no background or objectives, and the other one been just a woman with amnesia, with no background or objective, who is just an excuse to explain everything to the viewer in a very lazy way. For the rest of the cast, there are forgetable too, since most of them appeared in only for not more than one episode or they have easy define personalities. All this makes it hard to be immersed in the show or to care about the characters.

If that wasn't enough, despite been 12 episodes long, most of them are standalone cases that goes like this: A person appears, their play the "Death Game", their Judge it, and then the episode ends and is never seen again. Although the series DOES have an clear objective that is about solving a mystery, it doesn't get to much focus until the last 2 episodes.

Also, there is the problem in the way the judge the people in the show: They don't judge people based on their actions but rather on how they feel about them in the moment. In other words, you can be a serial killer but if you had a act like a good boy in front of the arbiters, you will reincarnate, without any memories about the afterlife, thus the Killer don’t learn anything and would continue to murder people. This makes the "Psychological" part of the show not only Childish, but also pretentious.

Another thing, is the ending, is was really unfair and it fell rush. After the mysterious woman conveniently regains her memories in only 1 episode, she has to be judge in order to se if she can go back to the human world or lost his soul. The problem with the judge it's that is unfair: Unlike the rest of the cases, she was given more than enough time and experience to make the right decision and win the Death Game. That's what I call a Troll Ending.

Altough after saying all this, the series is not the worst of the worst and has some good things. I can appreciate his Animation and attention to details (like the background or character design), soundtrack that matches with the tone of the show, a decent presentation of the first episode, some games that are a little creative, and at least it tried to keep a serious tone though his run, But this series will not stop being a complete waste of potential.

Notas: Antes de comenzar, debo aclarar que esta revisión tendría algunos spoilers con el fin de hacer un punto. Por lo tanto, si aún no has visto el anime y tienes miedo de spoilers, por favor no sigas leyendo.

Es un anime estrenado en enero del 2015. Se trata sobre como algunos seres humanos van a un bar dirigido por un hombre misterioso de cabello blanco llamado Decim: El último árbitro que decide quien vive y quién muere. Él los desafía al juego de la muerte (los juegos que van desde el póker al billar), en donde apuestan sus vidas y revelan su naturaleza verdadera.

Aunque la premisa de esta serie suena bien en papel, la forma en que se desarrolla en pantalla es de una manera muy aburrida.


Comencemos con los dos principales protagonistas (Decim y la Mujer de Pelo Negro / Chiyuki): Son muy blandos como protagonistas. El primero siendo un chico sin emociones sin trasfondo u objetivos personales, y la otra es sólo una mujer con amnesia, sin trasfondo ni objetivo, que es sólo una excusa para explicar todo al espectador de una manera muy floja. Sobre el resto del elenco, son olvidables también, ya que la mayoría de ellos apareció en sólo por no más de un episodio o tienen personalidades fáciles de definir. Todo esto hace que sea difícil estar inmerso en el show o preocuparse por los personajes.

Si eso no fuera suficiente, a pesar de tener 12 episodios, la mayoría de ellos son casos autónomos que va como esto: Una persona aparece, juega el "Juego de la Muerte", es juzgado, y luego el episodio termina y nunca se ve de nuevo a dicho personaje. Aunque la serie tiene un objetivo claro que se trata de resolver un misterio, no llega a centrarse mucho hasta los últimos 2 episodios.

Además, existe el problema en la forma en que se juzga a la gente en el show: No juzgan a las personas en la base de sus acciones, sino más bien sobre cómo se sienten en el momento. En otras palabras, puedes ser un asesino en serie pero actúas como un buen chico delante de los árbitros, reencarnarás, sin recuerdos de la vida después de la muerte, por lo que el Asesino no aprende nada y seguirá asesinando gente. Esto hace que la parte "psicológica" del show no sólo infantil, sino también pretencioso.

Otra cosa, es el final, es realmente injusto y apresurado. Después de que la mujer misteriosa convenientemente recupera sus recuerdos en un solo episodio, ella tiene que ser juzgada para saber si puede volver al mundo humano o perder su alma. El problema con el juicio es que es injusto: a diferencia del resto de los casos, a ella se le dio más tiempo y experiencia para tomar la decisión correcta y ganar el Juego de la Muerte. Eso es lo que yo llamo un final troll.

Aunque después de decir todo esto, la serie no es lo peor de lo peor y tiene algunas cosas buenas. Puedo apreciar su animación y la atención a los detalles (como los fondos o diseños de personajes), la banda sonora que coincide con el tono del show, una presentación decente de su primer episodio, algunos juegos que son un poco creativos, y al menos trató de mantener un tono serio en su duración, pero aun así esta serie no dejará de ser un completo desperdicio de potencial.

Notes: Before I begin, I must clarify that this review would have some spoilers in order to make a point. So, if you haven't seen the film yet and you are afraid of spoilers, please do not continue reading.

Kimi no na wa/Your Name is a 2016 anime film written and directed by Makoto Shinkai, premiered on August 26th. It tells the story of a city-boy nameTaki and country-girl named Mitsuha whom somehow end up switching bodies in their dreams. But, as they come to realize, this has far further reaching implications than either of them could have imagined, becoming involve in a fantastic adventure.

I will do something different from the structures of my regular reviews, instead of that, I will separed the thing of which the film did well from the things it wrong.

Things it did well:
1- Visuals in general (animation, character designs, soundtrack, directing, and color palette).
2-The first half is well-paced
3-First half (as at 50 minutes) of the movie is a slice of life quite competent but lacks the spark to be a slice of life memorable or outstanding as other works of his medium that I Know of, like Hyouka, Sangatsu no Lion or Solanin.

If the movie had finished here, I would have understood something of its valuation to be a simple slice of life with simple characters and a strange problem, but still I would have left it as something OK that is a overated.............if it wasn't for the things that did wrong:
1-The introduction of the time travel element: This element would not bother me so much if I WAS HANDLED CORRECTLY TO BEGIN WITH. The time travel is handled only to create conveniences, such as the fact that NONE OF THE 2 PROTAGONISTS ACKNOWLEDGED THAT THEY TRAVELED IN TIME AND ARE IN ANOTHER TIME PERIOD! In addition to the fact that the girl manages to travel to the exact moment where the comet's accident is going to happen, she convinces her father to evacuate them all in time, OUT OF CAMARA, and avoiding tragedy. There is also the fact that as shit did not cause a temporal paradox and rewrite history causing an alternate reality to avoid a disaster of great impact, or that not even show much of the world in the new timeline, geez, even Back to the Future or The cell saga in DB understood how to do this well.
2-The use of Amnesia in order to make conveniences: Since how Taki forgets how to handle his powers of travel in time, the news of the meteor crash that killed hundreds in his country, until the both of them manage to recover their memory in the epilogue of the film because the plot demands it (and To be in the SAME place both after YEARS ).
3-Most of the humor is hit or miss, most of it's a Miss.
4-The romance between the main protagonists is force and little effort was put on it. Literally have few interactions in the movie and its construction of the romance does not feel very natural and neither learn anything from each other, added to it does not explain how they remember both after all this incident and how they returned to their normal bodies. In addition, it literally erases almost all progress when time restarts and errases most of the interrations they had, and for some reason, they REMENDER ALL THAT when they met agian YEARS later in the same place!
5-The way that the film ends in the most cliche and forced way possible trying to close at least 5 different plots in just 15 minutes, making everything as convenient as shit.
6-The cast of characters is fucking forgettable: The Main Duo have easy defining personalities, and the rest of characters are either elements to move the plot faster or to make Japanese teenage comedy.
7-Many things were left unclear like the change of bodies, how the time travel works and the consequences of this, and how the change of bodies produces amnesia.

MY GOD! This is by far the most overrated movie of 2016 (only match by Manchester by the sea) and one of the most overrated pieces of crap that I ever watch in my life.

Final Score: 4/10.

Kimi no na wa /Tu nombre es una película de anime del 2016 escrita y dirigida por Makoto Shinkai, estrenada el 26 de agosto. Cuenta la historia de un chico de ciudad llamado Taki y una campesina llamada Mitsuha que de alguna manera terminan cambiando cuerpos en sus sueños. Pero, como se dan cuenta, esto tiene implicaciones mucho más profundas de lo que cualquiera de ellos podría haber imaginado, involucrándose en una aventura fantástica.

Voy a hacer algo diferente de la estructura de mi criticas normales, en lugar de eso, voy a separar lo que la película hizo bien de las cosas que mal.

Hizo Bien:
-Apartado técnico en general (animación, diseños de personajes, dirección, banda sonora y paleta de colores).
-Ritmo narrativo ameno en la primera mitad.
-Primera mitad (como a los 50 minutos) de la cinta es un slice of life bastante competente pero que le falta la chispa para ser un slice of life memorable o sobresaliente como otras obras de su medio que yo he conozco como Hyouka, Sangatsu no Lion o Solanin.

Si la película hubiera terminado ahi, hubiera entendido algo su valoración al ser un slice of life simple con personajes simples y un problema algo raro, pero aun asi lo hubiera dejado como algo OK que estaría sobrevalorada.......si no fuera por las cosas que hizo mal:

1-La introducción del elemento del viaje en el tiempo: Este elemento no me molestaría tanto si ESTUVIERA MANEJADO CORRECTAMENTE PARA EMPEZAR. El viaje en el tiempo es manejado solo para crear conveniencias, como el hecho de que NINGUNO DE LOS 2 PROTAS SE DIO CUENTA DE QUE VIAJARON EN EL TIEMPO Y ESTÁN EN OTRA ÉPOCA DISTINTA A LA SUYA! Sumado al hecho de que la chica logra viajar al momento EXACTO donde va a pasar el accidente del cometa, convence a su padre de evacuar a todos a tiempo, FUERA DE CAMARA, Y evitando la tragedia. También esta el hecho de como mierda no causo una paradoja temporal y reescribir la historia causando una realidad alterna al evitar un desastre de gran impacto, o que ni siquiera muestran mucho del mundo en la nueva linea temporal, verga, incluso Back to the Future o la saga de cell en DB entendieron como hacer esto bien.
2-El uso de la Amnesia de manera conveniente: Desde el como el chico olvida el como manejar sus poderes de viaje en el tiempo, la noticia de la caída del meteoro que mato a cientos en su pais, hasta el como ambos logran recuperar la memoria en el epilogo de la cinta por que la trama lo demanda (y de encontrarse en el MISMO lugar ambos después de AÑOS)
3-El humor hit or miss que usa la peli, que es en su mayoría un miss quedando con un humor que no es de mi agrado.
4-El romance forzado entre los 2 protas, literalmente tienen pocas interacciones en la peli y su construcción del romance no se siente muy natural y ni aprenden nada del uno del otro, sumado a que no explica como se recuerdan ambos luego de todo este incidente y el como regresaron a sus cuerpos normales. Ademas, que literalmente borra casi todo el progreso cuando se reinicia el tiempo y borra la mayoría de las interacciones que tuvieron, y por alguna razón, se vuelven a querer cuando se encuentras AÑOS DESPUES en el mismo lugar ya que cuando se ven, recuperar la memoria pro que si.
5-El como la peli termina de la manera mas cliché y forzada posible tratando de cerrar al menos 5 tramas distintas en tan solo 15 minutos, haciendo que todo sea conveniente como la mierda.
6-El elenco de personajes es jodidamente olvidable: El Duo Principal tiene personalidades fáciles de definir, y el resto de personajes o son elementos para mover mas rápido la trama o para hacer comedia nipona adolescente.
7-Se dejaron MUCHAS cosas al aire como el cambio de cuerpos, el como funciona el viaje en el tiempo y las consecuencias de este, y como el cambio de cuerpos produce la amnesia.

¡DIOS MÍO! Esta es, de lejos, la película más sobrevalorada de 2016 (sólo rivalizada con Manchester by the sea) y una de las pedazos de mierda más sobrevalorados que he visto en mi vida.

The Tree of Life is an American experimental drama film written and directed by Terrence Malick. The movie narrates the evolution of Jack, a child who lives with his mother (Jessica Chastain), who embodies love and kindness, while his father (Brad Pitt), who represents severity, is in charge of teaching him to face A hostile world. Sean Penn plays Jack as an adult. On the other hand, it is also the history of the Universe from its origins.

Experimental cinema is divided into two types: First, it's the type of experimental cinema which is abstract without a message or even a clear point (example Gus Van Sant's Gerry or Goodbye To Language), and there is this part which finds a way to be abstract and have a message, The Tree of Life belongs in the second category.

This is the definition of an artistic fulm done it right and by far the best work of his director. There are reasons why I consider this one of my favorite movies of all time, although with some moments that feel a bit random and with a slow pacing.

Leaving it aside, everything else is flawless. It's a existential film like any other, with a well-used abstract narrative, well written cast of characters that do not badly interfere with the film or his main message, it is a story very well narrated either because of the interactions between our protagonists, the fragmented story or the way that thedirector uses to give freshness to what is being told. Giving one the most heart-breaking and beautiful endings that I have seen in this type of cinema.


The visuals are also freakin' beautiful: Having a phenomenal soundtrack, a
beautiful work on the cinematography, a use of pretty good symbolism most of the time with scenes of the origin of the life, angles shots of the camera are well done, the actors are great in their roles giving good nuances to their characters.


Along side with other films like Eraserhead, Hugo, Upstream Color, Synecdoche New York, etc, are those films made with such affection for its director tha I could do nothing more than keep respect for him. It may not be the great masterpiece I say it is, but I do believe it is one of the best films that have come out in recent years and it deserves to be watch it

The Tree of Life/El Abrol de la Vida es una película experimental americana del drama escrita y dirigida por Terrence Malick. La película narra la evolución de Jack, un niño que vive con su madre (Jessica Chastain), que encarna el amor y la bondad, mientras que su padre (Brad Pitt), que representa la severidad, se encarga de enseñarle a enfrentarse a un mundo hostil. Sean Penn interpreta a Jack como un adulto. Por otra parte, es también la historia del Universo desde sus orígenes.

El cine experimental se divide en dos tipos: En primer lugar, es el tipo de cine experimental que es abstracto sin un mensaje o incluso un punto claro (ejemplo Gerry de Gus Van Sant o Goodbye To Language), y hay esta parte que encuentra una manera de ser Abstracto y tiene un mensaje, The Tree of Life pertenece en la segunda categoría.

Esta es la definición de una película artista hecho bien y por mucho el mejor trabajo de su director. Hay razones por las que considero esta una de mis películas favoritas de todos los tiempos, aunque con algunos momentos que se sienten un poco random y con un ritmo lento.

Dejándolo a un lado, todo lo demás es impecable. Es una película existencial como pocas, con una narrativa abstracta bien utilizada, un elenco bien escrito de personajes que no interfieren de mala manera con la película o su mensaje principal, es una historia muy bien narrada ya sea por las interacciones entre nuestros protagonistas, La historia fragmentada o la forma en que el director utiliza para dar frescura a lo que se está diciendo. Dar uno de los finales más desgarradores y hermosos que he visto en este tipo de cine.


El apartado técnico es jodidamente bello también: Poseyendo una banda sonora fenomenal, un hermoso trabajo sobre la cinematografía, un uso de simbolismo bastante bueno la mayor parte del tiempo con escenas del origen de la vida, planos de ángulos de la cámara están bien hechos, los actores son grandes en sus papeles dando buenos matices a sus personajes.

Junto a otras películas como Eraserhead, Hugo, Upstream Color, Synecdoche New York, etc, son esas películas hechas con tanto afecto por su director que no pude hacer nada más que mantener el respeto por él. No puede ser la gran obra maestra que digo que es, pero puedo asegurar que es una de las mejores películas que han salido en los últimos años y que merece ser vista

The Lobster is a 2015 internationally co-produced film that takes places in a dystopian near future, where single people, according to the laws of The City, are taken to The Hotel, where they are obliged to find a romantic partner in forty-five days or are transformed into beasts and sent off into The Woods.

No one can deny that The Lobster is a mature and intelligent film with a excelent presentation, theme exploration is made in a very subtly way, has a distopic world more than well explored and presented, the attention to detail it's very impressive: The directing shows a very unique talente, the soundtrack (although being a bit repetitive sometimes) is very atmospheric most of the time and the cinematography is very well made.

So, the question right now is: Why I do not consider this movie more than decent??
Because it causes me more boredom than interest in what happens.

The pacing is slow as snail, making some scenes being drag many scenes too long that their should be, it wouldn't be a problem if wasn't for his cast of characters: All the cast is only an instrument to tell what the film wants to tell, we don't know anything about their past or the emotions shown, their are bland as hell. And their actors cannot make them more human, since their don't have much to work with, making this movie boring.

I know that sometimes a film (or any work of fiction) does not have to be funny to be good, por examples: Brazil, Anomalisa, Primer, etc. are slow pacing movies that end up tiring, but have catching stories and insteresting characthers, something that this movie doesn't have.

Was the ending good? Well yeah, although it was an ending "Free of interpretations", it helps to delivere the main message of the movie, does it help it to give it a high grade? No.

Conclusion: So yeah, not a bad movie, it's easy to watch for fans of this type of cinema, no bullshit, stands out visually from everything else and their thems are well explored in a mature way...........and nothing else.

The Lobster (la langosta en español) es una película co-producida internacionalmente en 2015 que se lleva a cabo en un futuro distópico cercano, donde las personas solteras, de acuerdo con las leyes de La Ciudad, son llevados al Hotel, donde están obligados a encontrar un socio romántico en cuarenta y cinco días o se transforman en bestias y son enviados a Los Bosques.

Incluso yo no puedo negar que The Lobster es una película madura e inteligente con una excelente presentación, la exploración de sus temas se hace de una manera muy sutil, tiene un mundo distopico más que bien explorado y presentado, la atención al detalle es muy impresionante: Un talento muy singular en cuanto a dirección se refiere, la banda sonora (aunque siendo un poco repetitiva a veces) es muy atmosférica la mayor parte del tiempo y la cinematografía está muy bien hecha.

Por lo tanto, la pregunta ahora es: ¿Por qué no considero esta película más que decente?

Porque me causa más aburrimiento que interés en lo que sucede.

El ritmo es lento como un caracol, haciendo que algunas escenas alargadas demasiado tiempo de lo que debe ser, no sería un problema si no fuera por su reparto de personajes: Todo el elenco es sólo un instrumento para transmitir el mensaje central de la peli, no sabemos nada sobre su pasado o las emociones mostradas, son blandos como el carajo. Y sus actores no pueden hacerlos más humanos, ya que no tienen mucho que trabajar, haciendo que esta película sea aburrida.

Sé que a veces una película (o cualquier obra de ficción) no tiene por qué ser graciosa para ser buena, por ejemplos: Brasil, Anomalisa, Primer, etc son películas de ritmo lento que terminan agotador, pero tienen historias atrapantes y personajes interesantes, algo que esta película no tiene.

¿Fue bueno el final? Bueno sí, aunque fue un final "Libre a interpretaciones", ayuda a entregar el mensaje principal de la película, ¿le ayuda a darle una nota mayor? No.

Conclusión: Así que sí, no es una mala película, es fácil de ver para los fans de este tipo de cine, no hay mierda, se destaca visualmente de todo lo demás y sus temas son bien explorados de una manera madura ..........y nada más.

Kong: Skull Island (also know as "Kong") is a 2017 American monster movie directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts and written by Dan Gilroy, Max Borenstein and Derek Connolly, been this a reboot from the King Kong franchise, since the 2005 peter jackson film. It tells the story of scientists and Vietnam War soldiers who travel to an uncharted island in the Pacific named "Skull Island" and encounter terrifying creatures and the mighty Kong.

To be honest, I never was a fan of King Kong (not even with the mediocrity of the previous movie) but I went only because I was bored to see this movie with low expectations.................and it turn out to be actually pretty fun.

Ok, I admit that their are some notable problems in this film: The main plot is straight forward and simple, some of the characters are very simple (but functional to the movie, like most of the soldiers except for Preston), and the first 15 minutes or so are not so much great compare to the rest of the movie (jumping from 1 location to another very quickly)

BUT, by the positive side of things: The pacing is very well done (beside the first minutes), the acting in general is competent, action scenes are excelent directed along side with really nice special effects (most of the Kong scenes), the cinematography is well made, most of the humans characters are very competent with the story; the concept of "human vs nature" is very well excuted,and in contrast of the previous movie the character of King Kong is very well done.

All in all, not a excelent movie, just OK, is fun, entertaining and is a competent survival movie, that's all. I would recomended if you as a pass timer, but nothing more. Although, I'm curious about the "Monsterverse" that follows.

Para ser honesto, nunca fui un fan de King Kong (ni siquiera con la mediocridad de la película anterior), pero fui sólo porque estaba aburrido de ver esta película con expectativas bajas ...... y resultan ser realmente muy divertido.

Ok, admito que son algunos problemas notables en esta película: La trama principal es sencillo y sencillo, algunos de los personajes son muy simples (pero funcional a la película, como la mayoría de los soldados excepto Preston), y los primera 15 minutos por ahi no son tan grandes comparar con el resto de la película (saltar de 1 lugar a otro muy rápidamente).

En general, no es una película excelente, está bien, es divertido, entretenido y es una película de supervivencia competente, eso es todo. Lo recomiendo si como algo para pasar el tiempo, pero nada más. Aunque, tengo curiosidad por el "Monsterverse" que harán en el futuro.

Phineas and Ferb is an American cartoon comedy broadcasted since 2007 to 2015. It follows Phineas Flynn and his British stepbrother Ferb Fletcher on summer vacation, and in order to avoid get bored, everyday the get involve in a new project to have fun (example Building a Rollercoaster, make a 2nd winter, make a new toy, make a virtual reality video game, etc), this annoys his older sister Candace, who in every episode would tried to reveal their shenanigans their parents and grounded. And there is also a b-plot featuring his pet Perry the Platypus working as a spy (knows as "Agent P") to defeat the latest scheme of Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, a mad scientist who wants to rule over everything

If I can sum-up this show in 1 word would be this: Boring.

It's just an episodic series that follows the same plot once and over and over and over and and over and over and over and and over and over and over and over until the point that becomes boring very quickly. And it doesn't help that their nerver, and I mean NEVER, get out of the status quo.

The characters are basic bland: Phineas and Ferb are the 2 main sterytopyes of a genius boy (the first one being an optimistic/proactive genious, and the other one being a silent genious who only talks to tell a simple joke by the end of each episode), Candace is the overprotectivesister who only wants to take care of their brothers, their parents which are the typical stereotype of clueless parents, and their friends who are bland and forgettable (well, maybe the only remarcable is Isabella, who only serves as a lazy love interest for Phineas, romance which is never develop by the way).

Ok, Is not the worst cartoon I have ever watch or the worst animated proyect that disney had made, since there are some good things about it: The animation is consistent and fluent most of the time, the music is creative (the songs are very catchy and they don't filled forced), and they are SOME good jokes that work (most of them related to Perry and Dr. Doofenshmirtz). And I Will admit, the final episode of the show is actually very decent and it show a good message about growing up.

But, all things consider, can't recommend it, since it's a cartoon that never gets out of the status quo FOR 222 EPISODES!!!! Geez, if you want to see a good "genious kid" cartoon, go watch Jimmy Neutron or Dexter's Laboratory, which are far more creative with his characters and situations. This is one of the most boring cartoons and one of the most overated I ever watch.

Phineas y Ferb es una caricatura estadounidense de comedia hecha por Disney transmitida desde 2007 hasta 2015. Sigue a Phineas Flynn y su hermanastro británico Ferb Fletcher en las vacaciones de verano, y para evitar aburrirse, todos los días se involucran en un nuevo proyecto para divertirse (Ejemplo: Construir unna montaña rusa, hacer un segundo invierno, inventar un nuevo juguete, hacer un videojuego de realidad virtual, etc), esto molesta a su hermana mayor Candace, que en cada episodio trató de revelar sus proyecto a sus padres y castigarles. Y también hay una sub-trama con su mascota Perry el Ornitorrinco trabajando como un espía (conocido como"Agente P") para derrotar los planes del Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, un científico loco que quiere gobernar a todos.

Si puediera resumir este show en 1 palabra sería esta: Aburrido.

Es sólo una serie episódica que sigue la misma trama una y otra y otra y otra y otra y otra y otra y otra y otra y otra y otra vez hasta el punto que se vuelve aburrido muy rápidamente. Y no ayuda que nunca, y quiero decir NUNCA, salga del statu quo.

Los personajes son sencillos: Phineas y Ferb son los 2 principales estereotipos de un niño genio (el primero es un genio optimista/proactivo y el otro es un genio silencioso que sólo habla para contar una broma simple al final de cada capitulo), Candace es la superprotectora que sólo quiere cuidar de sus hermanos, sus padres que son el típico estereotipo de los padres desorientados, y sus amigos que son sosos y olvidables (bueno, quizás la única remarcable es Isabella, que sólo sirve como un interés amoroso para Phineas, dando romance que nunca se desarrolla por cierto).

Ok, no es la peor caricatura que he visto o el peor proyecto animado que Disney haya hecho, ya que hay algunas cosas buenas: La animación es consistente y fluida la mayor parte del tiempo, la música es creativa (las canciones son muy pegadizas y no llegan a ser forzadas), y hay ALGUNOS buenos chistes que funcionan (la mayoría de ellos relacionados con Perry y el Dr. Doofenshmirtz). Y voy a admitir, el episodio final de la serie es en realidad muy decente y mostrar un buen mensaje sobre el crecimiento.


Pero, considerando todo lo que dicho, no puedo recomendarlo, ya que es una caricatura que nunca sale del status quo POR 222 EPISODIOS !!!! Dios, si quieres ver una buena historia de "niño genio", vayan a ver Jimmy Neutron o El Laboratirio de Dexter, que son mucho más creativos con sus personajes y situaciones.

Unbreakable is a 2000 American superhero thriller film produce and directed by M. Night Shyamalan. After surviving miraculously to a catastrophic train accident, David Dunn (Bruce Willis) meets Elijah Price (Samuel L Jackson), a man who seems to know the cause of its invulnerability. Elijah has a degenerative disease and has to use a wheelchair; Firmly believes in a universal balance, by which the weak have the support of the strong. He would give an explanation that could change forever the life of David and his family.

This is the definition of a realistic superhero film and by far the best work of his director.......... no joking. Since, it's very unique (and depressing at some point) the vision that the movie has about "The great plan that the universe has for us", also it's more focus on the interactions and the characters than the action scenes or saving the day, making it a great drama.

Taking about this, the drama on the film is coherent and quite strong, with a cast of characters with very realistic personalities, having also strong relationships, been David and Elijah the perfect example of this. And, unlike most Shyamalan movies, the plot twist actually works!!!! Thanks to this twist, the character of Elijah having a tragic revelation and strangely similar to other stories of superheroes but without becoming cliché, and both the build-up and consequences are great made dure out the movie. And in the end, it offers one of the Most devastating and tragic final messages that I have seen in this type of cinema.

The visuals are freakin' beautiful: The soundtrack from James Newton Howard, the use of colours that helps to express the tone, emotion or ambience that the scene in question wants to give,the use of symbolisms and different camera angules to show the emotions of our protagonist, the acting by Bruce and Samuel are more than excellent and difficult to forget.


The only problems that this movie could have is that his pacing is slow as a snail (but it's also helps with the build-up to the end) and the story has a plot hole VERY easy to notice (also side with some minor conviniencies like where Willis is going to stop the rapist/murderer), but in the end, it's a very unique film that deserves to be watch, and by far, my favorite superhero film of all time.

Unbreakable/Irrompible/El Protegido es una película thriller de superhéroes hecha en el año 2000 dirigida por M. Night Shyamalan. Después de sobrevivir milagrosamente a un accidente de tren catastrófico, David Dunn (Bruce Willis) conoce a Elijah Price (Samuel L Jackson), un hombre que parece saber la causa de su invulnerabilidad. Elijah tiene una enfermedad degenerativa y tiene que usar una silla de ruedas; el firmemente cree en un equilibrio universal, por el cual los débiles tienen el apoyo de los fuertes. El dará una explicación que cambiara para siempre la vida de David y su familia.

Esta es la definición de una película realista de superhéroes y por mucho el mejor trabajo de su director............no bromeo. Ya que es muy única (y depresiva hasta cierto punto) la visión que tiene la película sobre "El gran plan que el universo tiene para nosotros", también se centra más en las interacciones y los personajes que las escenas de acción o el ahorro del día, haciendo así un gran drama.

Tomando esto, el drama de la película es coherente y bastante fuerte, con un elenco de personajes con personalidades muy realistas, teniendo también fuerte química entre ellos, David y Elíjak siendo el ejemplo perfecto de esto. Y, a diferencia de la mayoría de las películas Shyamalan, el giro de la trama realmente funciona!!!! Gracias a este giro, el personaje de Elijah tiene una revelación trágica y extrañamente similar a otras historias de superhéroes, pero sin convertirse en un cliché, y tanto la construcción como las consecuencias son bastante bien hechas durante la película. Y al final, ofrece sobre uno de los mensajes finales más devastadores y trágicos que he visto en este tipo de cine.

El apartado tecnico es jodidamente bello: La banda sonora de James Newton Howard, el uso de colores que ayuda a expresar el tono, emoción o ambiente que la escena en cuestión quiere dar, el uso de simbolismos y diferentes ángulos de cámara para mostrar las emociones de nuestro protagonista, las actuaciones de Bruce y Samuel son más que excelentes y difíciles de olvidar.

Los únicos problemas que esta película podría tener es que su ritmo es lento como un caracol (pero también ayuda para construir eventos importantes hasta el final) y la trama tiene un agujero argumental muy fácil de notar (también lado con algunas pequeñas conveniencias como donde Willis va a parar al violador/asesino), pero al final, es una película muy única que merece ser vista, y de lejos, mi película de superhéroes favorita de todos los tiempos.

Logan (2017) is an superhero film, being the 3rd movie which features the Marvel Comics character Wolverine (James Howlett) and the 5th X-Men movie in the series. Tells the story of an old Logan/James/Wolverine (play by Hugh Jackman) set in the year 2029, who lives working as a chauffeur in Mexico, and with the help of Caliban they keep a deranged and elderly Charles Xavier safe while he saves money to live away from this shitty future world. But Logan's attempt to remain hidden from the world and his legacy fails when a mutant young girl is pursued by sinister forces, and he would became involved on his last mission.

This film caught the attention of the public (incluiding me) for 4 main reasons:
1-Being the last X-Men movie where Hugh Jackman is going to play Wolverine's caratcher.
2-It is the last movie to feature wolverine. Also, the aparence of X-23/Laura, a character which some people wanted to see on the Big Screen.
3-It's loosy slightly on the famous story arc of Wolverine "Old Man Logan", which features Wolverine in an apocalypte future setting.
4-It is R-Rated film, a thing which most fans (include myself) wanted to see a very long time ago, since is what suits for the character.

And well, after seen this.............I Should say that's very disappointed about this in many ways.

Ok, Is not the worst superhero film I have ever seen or the worst on the X-Men film's series, by the final result (and compared to the other previous movies) is not even close to decent. Of course, it had some good things that I can praise: Both soundtrack and cinematografy suits to the atmosphere of the movie, along side the presentation of the first 20 or so minutes are good, Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart give very good perfomances Making it go hand in hand with their respective characters (the first one been an lonely ex-superhero who only cares about himself and the other been an crazy old man who still sees hope in a fuck-up world) also sharing a very good chemistry on screen, action scenes are excelent directed along side with really nice special effects, the pacing is decent (except at the end) and the R-Rated gives the movie a tone a "little" more serious than the previous ones.

So........WHAT'S WRONG???
Althoulgh the world is well presented, is not well-explored at all, we never know how the X-Men broke out or how all the mutants disappeared on the first place in that huge "25 years" gap, most of the caracthers have bland personalities and their they interractiones with the main protagonist forgetable (example Caliban or the family of farmers), the plot is move mostly by VERY obvious conviencies in the movie (example the train where the escape from the bad guys or the scene where Logan Finds the flying droids persuing the children), the villian is an one-dimensional asshole scientific , most of the relationships/interactions are rushed as hell and have little impact on the caracthers what so ever (aka Gabriela, Laura and the other mutant kids), and speaking of which, Laura/X-23 is a plot device with legs, in fact she never need a guard in the first place: She knows how to drive, has survival kills, knows some fighting styles, has the same powers that Logan has, and she know where to go to be safe. WHY SHE NEED A BODYGUARD IF SHE CAN TAKE CARE OF HERSELF??? There's even an scene where she LITTERALY DRIVE HALF THE WAY TO DAKOTA! HERE THERE IS THE PEREFECT EXAMPLE OF WHAT A I AM TALKING ABOUT. Also, her relationship with Logan it's never work out properly like with Charles.

The last act of the film is the part that really kills him, it's rushed as hell, the battles are won by pure conveniences (most from X-23 or the mutant kids), and the final scene where Logan Dies and Laura is crying over this body, IT DOSEN'T WORK!
Since the relationship "father and daughter" between Laura and Wolverine are little explore, like I said before the caracter of Laura is bland, and the final battle fells rush, the consequences that are not shown here and are more plotting vagueness.

Overall, not a bad movie, just mediocre one. Old Man Logan (story arc) may have a lot of conveniences and a simple script, but at least he had a duo with better chemistry and a deeper insight into the protagonist. It is by far the most overrated movie so far this year and one of the most overrated of the genre.

Logan (2017) es una película de superhéroes, siendo la tercera película que cuenta con el personaje de Marvel Comics Wolverine (James Howlett) y la quinta película de X-Men de la serie. Cuenta la historia de un viejo Logan/James/Wolverine (actuado por Hugh Jackman) ambientado en el año 2029, que vive trabajando como chofer en México, y con la ayuda de Caliban mantienen seguro a Charles Xavier, ahorrando para vivir lejos de este mundo de mierda futuro. Pero el intento de Logan de permanecer escondido del mundo y su legado falla cuando una joven mutante es perseguida por fuerzas siniestras, y él se involucró en su última misión.

Esta película llamó la atención del público (incluyiding me) por 4 razones principales:
1-Ser la última película de X-Men en la que Hugh Jackman va a interpretar el caratcher de Wolverine.
2-Es la última película que cuenta con glotón. Además, la aparicion de X-23/Laura, un personaje que algunas personas querían ver en la pantalla grande.
3-Es un poco flojo en el famoso arco de la historia de Wolverine "Old Man Logan", que cuenta con Wolverine en un apocalipsis entorno futuro.
4-Es la película "Apta para mayores de 18 años", una cosa que la mayoría de los fans (incluyo a mí mismo) quería ver hace mucho tiempo, ya que es lo que lr va mas al personaje.

Y bien, después de ver esto ............. Debo decir que estoy muy decepcionado sobre esto de muchas maneras.

Ok, no es la peor película de superhéroes que he visto o la peor de las pelis de X-Men, pero el resultado final (y en comparación con las otras películas anteriores) no es ni siquiera cerca de decente. Por supuesto, tenía algunas cosas buenas que puedo alabar: La banda sonora y la cinematografía van a la atmósfera de la película, junto a la presentación de los primeros 20 o más minutos son buenos, Hugh Jackman y Patrick Stewart dan muy buenas interpretaciones que van de la mano con sus respectivos personajes (el primero fue un solitario ex-superhéroe que sólo se preocupa por sí mismo y el otro ha sido un viejo loco que todavía ve esperanza en un mundo de mierda) también comparten una química muy buena en la pantalla , las escenas de acción son excelentes dirigidas a lo largo de efectos especiales muy agradables de ver, el ritmo es decente (excepto al final) y "la clasificación de mayores de 18" da a la película un tono un poco más serio que los anteriores.

So..........QUE ESTA MAL CON ESTO??

Aunque el mundo está bien presentado, no está bien explorado en absoluto, nunca sabemos cómo disolvieron los X-Men o cómo todos los mutantes desaparecieron en el primer lugar en esa enorme brecha de "25 años", la mayoría de los Personajes tienen personalides blandas y sus interraciones con el protagonista principal no tiene mucho peso (ejemplo Caliban o la familia de granjeros), la trama se mueve principalmente por conveniencias MUY evidentes en la película (ejemplo el tren donde la fuga de los malos o la escena donde Logan encuentra a los droides que persiguen a los niños), el villano es un científico idiota unidimensional, la mayoría de las relaciones/interacciones se precipitan como la mierda y tienen poco impacto en los personajes (aka Gabriela, Laura y los otros niños mutantes), y hablando de esta, Laura/X-23 es mas algo para mover trama que un personaje, de hecho nunca necesita un guardaespadas en primer lugar: Ella sabe conducir, tiene habilidades de supervivencia, conoce algunos estilos de lucha, tiene los mismos poderes que Logan tiene , Y ella sabe a dónde ir para estar a salvo. ¿POR QUÉ NECESITA UN BODYGUARD SI PUEDE TOMAR CUIDADO DE SI MISMO ??? Incluso hay una escena en la que LITERALMENTE CONDUCE la mitad del camino a DAKOTA! AQUÍ ESTÁ EL PERFECTO EJEMPLO DE LO QUE HAGO HABLANDO. Además, su relación con Logan nunca funciona correctamente como con Charles.

El último acto de la película es la parte que realmente lo mata, es apresurado como el carajo, las batallas son ganadas por conveniencias puro (la mayoría de X-23 o los niños mutantes), y la escena final donde Logan muere y Laura está llorando sobre su cuerpo, no funciona!!!!

Ya que la relación "padre e hija" entre Laura y Wolverine es poco explorada, como he dicho antes de que el personaje de Laura es blanda, y la batalla final es apresurada, las consecuencias que no se muestran aquí y son más vaguezas argumentales.

En general, no es una mala película, solo mediocre. Old Man Logan/El Viejo Logan (arco del comic) puede tener un montón de conveniencias y un guión simple, pero al menos tenía un dúo con mejor química y una visión más profunda del protagonista. Es de lejos la película más sobrevalorada hasta ahora este año y uno de los más sobrevalorada del género.
